Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurate as possible. However, the actual colors may depend on your monitor settings, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned with a Return Authorization request within 10 days of receipt of order. E-mail us at returns@janiltbaldwin.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. The RA number is valid for 2 weeks after issue and all merchandise must be returned in its original condition. You may return for a refund, exchange or store credit, less shipping charges.

Shipping and Handling
In-stock merchandise usually is processed and shipped within 1 - 3 weeks. All orders are subject to credit approval. The shipping cost is the UPS standard shipping rates plus a handling Fee of $5.00.
